In 1979, when I was just three years old, my parents opened an International Grocery Store in Culver City, California - the first of its kind in the small Los Angeles suburb. I grew up in that very shop, surrounded by the love, understanding, and passion my parents had for the spices, foods, and each other that defined our brand.
